For the record, The Shawshank Redemption is the greatest goddam movie ever.
I read anything from King or John Grisham quite a bit, or whatever else I have the time to read. Sometimes I think though, that you people and yer shitty typing skills give me more of a challenge than novels, though.
*Edit* Well I guess The Shawshank Redemption wasn't really a book, more just a story. Either way it was a movie from one of Stephen King's written works, and it's the most wicked movie ever and #1 on my favorite movie list.

I do find that in some cases seeing the movies can generate some interest in the book for myself. The reason i started reading Clancy novels was watching Hunt For Red October, Clear and Present Danger, Patriot Games and the such.

They did have to change the stories around a bit so as to save time (pretty normal for most book-based movies). But I think of the book-based movies i've seen, they do their books some justice.
Thought about some more stuff I've read. Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes was pretty cool too.
